Precision Tune-Up Procedures Include:
- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- Clean ignition assembly
- Clean heat exchanger or elements
- Monitor flue draft
- Monitor refrigerant pressure
- Test starting capabilities
- Test safety controls
- Clean or replace air filters (filters extra)
- Clean or adjust blower components
- Measure or correct air flow
- Tighten electrical connections
- Measure volts / amps on motors
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Adjust thermostat calibration
- Clean evaporator coil if accessible
- Clean condenser coil
- Clean condensate drains
- Measure temperature difference
Plumbing (inspection with plumbing service call):
- Drain flow test and visual inspection of all exposed plumbing
- Free camera check should main stoppage occur
- Inspect water heater temperature relief
- Inspect water heater gas/water connections
Toilet Functions:
