"My father is a plumber and "very" hard tp please-when he saw the completed installation-every singe comment was positive. he was impressed with the electrical work, the alignment of everything the outside unit was perfectly level, the plumbing was top notch. I can assure you my father is not known for such positive comments!! By the way, my husband liked the work also.

"I recently purchased a new Trane XR-95 single stage furnace with a Trane 15-Seer A/C unit from A-Comfort. This new system replaced my 19 year old Carrier furnace and A/C unit.
On 11/16/09 and 11/17/09, your technicians, Dave and Barry installed my new Trane system. I just wanted you to know they are an asset to your company. Both are professional, proficient, friendly and knowledgeable in answering all my questions regarding my new Trane system. (Also Punctual)
They did a very good job with installing my system. It looked very neat and well done when they left my home. They not only removed my old system from my property; but, did a very good job with the aftermath clean-up. I didnt want their good work, and hard work ethics to go unmentioned. It's because of employees like Barry, Dave Dan and Chris (Female) who answers the phone most of the times when I call for appointments, that I will always remain a loyal cusomer of A-Comfort, because I am so pleased with the excellent service A-Comfort provides.
I even referred my sister, and 2 other friends, all of whom are now customer of A-Comfort and have been for the last (3) years. I will continue to recommend A-Comfort Service.

"Dear Frank:
Earlier this week A-Comfort performed work in our building. I wanted to let you know two very positive things. One, was the pleasant and helpful manner displayed by Phil at the end of the first, very long day of work your men put in here. When I asked him about a faucet that was running with a low water pressure, he came right up and easily fixed the faucet for me explaining how having the water off had created the problem. He never for a second acted like it was a nuisance to deal with this minor issue and I really appreciated that. Second, although i didn't meet the younger man working with Phil, I noticed how the two men seemed to work constantly. Never did I see either man sitting in one of the trucks when one would expect them to be working as I have often seen with other workers for other companies.
It was no fun doing without water for so long that day, but certainly the industriousness and courtesy of your workers made up for all of that."

Sean and Arron did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure to have them in my home, and I think that they worked very hard to complete the job. Sean was very courteous and worked around our schedules in completing the job. Sean answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable of the equipment and explained the installation steps for us in detail. There were certain items that Sean identified that needed improvement, and I was glad to have his expertise throughout the job. From my novice perspective, Sean and Arron's work appears to be technically good and is functioning as intended.

"Words cannot express how pleased I am with my choice in selecting A-Comfort Service when purchasing my new furnace, whole-house air conditioner, and attic fan. I chose three well-known companies to give me an estimate and to explain exactly what they intended to do for that amount. I searched various reporting services for any information I could get on each company, spoke directly with ach of the respective salesmen, and made my choice on numerous factors.
My furnace was over 34 years old, and my air conditioner and attic fan were over 18 years old. The furnace and air conditioner were still operational (the attic fan had stopped working), but I knew their day had come.
The work was done cleanly and efficiently and the workmen were very courteous, explaining how best to use our new equipment and answering any questions we had. There were a few little glitches, which were taken care of within the first week-actually the same day that I called. Your company even went over and above to perform extra work for me that was out of the oridinary.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone needing furnace or air conditioning work done (actually i already have).

"You installed a new heating and A/C system in October of last year. One of the things you asked when pricing the job was if the house was cool in the summer. I said it was not. You replied it was because the A/C unit was too small. I had another contractor tell me the unit was sized properly and installing a larger one would not work due to air flow restrictions.
We have experienced some sweltering days this summer and the house has maintained a comfortable 74 degrees through out and it does it quietly with no noticeable increase on the electric bill. The old unit would have labored to reach 76 degrees and most likely been at an actual 78 degrees on some of the hottest days.

"I want to thank A-Comfort Service for providing such quick service when our central air failed in July. Our family was going on vacation the following week and with our pets staying home, it was critical to get our AC repaired as soon as possible. A Comfort Service came out immediately and diagnosed our problem and replaced the unit soon after that. We were able to go on vacation knowing our house would be cool for our pets and be cool when we got home. Your service was AAA and I would not hesitate on calling A Comfort Service again, in my time of need. "
